I've download spyware doctor but while installing it require uni

Microsoft Security Essential, a free program I download long time ago. I didn't know it's a good choice or not but I chose to uninstall. However, computer failed uninstalling. Now I guess probably it's better to download superatispyware as "internuts" suggested.
