Now I see your point. You can pay 1.9c/min for US/CAN domestic calls to get CID working. Or you can stay in beta max but CID won't work. Just trying to understand your idea. No offense brother !  

There is another trick to stay in beta max and still get the CID working by using Sipsorcery. But it needs a little coding and willingness to deal with the instability of Sipsorcery.
