If you use IE browser, goto menu Tools/Internet Option, click on Content tab, under AutoComplete section, click Settings, uncheck "User names and passwords on forms", click "Delete AutoComplete history...", select Passwords and click Delete, then click OK.

If you use Firefox, goto menu Tools/Options..., click on Security tab, under Passwords section, uncheck "Remember passwords for sites", click "Saved Passwords...", click "Remove All" then click Close, and click OK.
