改語言設置可以解決很多中文軟件亂碼的問題。

Control Panel->Clock, Language, and Region->Region and Language.

Click the Administrative tab, under Language for non-Unicode programs, click Change system locale to Chinese PRC。

Reboot。

Uninstall and reinstall the chinese software.


有些軟件不行，可以試試applocale.
