There can be multiple causes of blue screens. Usually three approaches to it:

1) Restore from backup
This is the best solution if you have backup, as restoring from ghost backup takes only ~4 minutes.

2) try to fix the problem, you can google [blue screen fix] to get tons of articles.

3) Reinstall Windows
After reinstalling Windows and often-used software, try to do a backup with ghost which can be found here (Thanks to kzch)
