The parameter is to setup an interval to re-connect a sip server. If the connection is dropped, any incoming call will get busy tone. I'm still using 60, you can try smaller one.

I still use GV and voipdiscount, no ipkall any more, but sipgate and sipsorcery. details please refer to fitwxc's posts.
