you could try to search "Lformat" on google, then you can find a dos program. and use a bootable disk to boot your disk, and execute lformat.exe, and following the step, you will get it. or you can follow the instruction on the website.
I did it long time ago, when my disk has crashed, but be careful.it is not safy for your disk
