Long time ago, there was a plan: get $25 unlimited data/voice by any Sprint employee intro. Back then you can find any email with @sprint.com, and someone just grab a random address to apply for that plan. So, many years later, he still pays $25 a month! But, he can't change to any special phones as the limitation. Once he "select", he will be "upgraded" to current plans.
