如果是Windows XP,

start -> control panel -> Add or Remove Programs

Then click 'Add/Remove Windows Components', and uncheck 'Internet Explorer'. Then click 'Next' to finish uninstall.

You then will reinstall whatever version of IE you want.

As I said, Google Chrome is a better choice. Fast and slick.
