google chrome browser font size too small

I go to sites which use Chinese simplified , big5 and us English. Many of the Chinese sites display with too small fonts. How do you set the fonts for chrome?

I have been using Firefox and it gives you more ways to set the fonts and I have no problems there. Thanks
