sorry for empty in last reply. Based on my experience, workgroup works for you. That's what I do at home. I have PCs with Windows 7, PCs with xp and one wired printer,all PCs can see each other and share printer. if all PCs are Windows 7, workgroup is much easier than Windows XP.
