如果是問接到ROUTER OR WIRELESS ROUTER的電腦的LAN IP ADDRESS:
1) Login to your router's admin page (google your router for user name & password, for Motorola router/modem, usually Admin + motorola)

2) There should be a page where you can reserve ststaic LAN IP Address (google your router). Reserver an static LAN IP, such as 192.168.0.100. Some router requirs your enter the MAC of the TCP/IPv4.

3) Run CMD in your PC and type ipconfig /all, write down IP of Subnet Mask, Default Gateway and DNS Server, Alternate DNS if any (if you need MAC of IPV4, it is also available here)

4) Control Panel -> Network Connection -> Local Connection (TCP/IPv4) -> Property

5) Check Use the following IP address and eneter 192.168.0.100, and the IP that you copied from step 3: Subnet mask, default gateway, preferred DNS, Alternate DNS (if any). Click on OK and restart your PC.
