This is a server setting issue.

You cannot change it on the client. How many users you have? Are they all having the same problem? If all clients havet the same problem, then the server's system file maybe corrupted. If only one client have the problem, the change the setting for that client.

I don't like the Thinclient at all. I had evaluated a HP Thinclient system and ditched it right away.
