Usually in a local (family) network, the netmask is 255.255.255.0. If your router's IP is 192.168.2.1 and your PC's IP is 192.168.2.2, your PC can only access 192.168.2.X address range.

The trick could be changing the netmask to 255.255.0.0 (On the PC AND the router). This way, your PC should be able to access 192.168.X.Y addess range, which include both 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.2.10.

Try to change netmask on PC first, if it does not work, change the router as well.
