phonebook transfer to my PP phone from tmobile phone

I just switched to PP from tmobile. fitwxc大師 helped to activate my LG vx5500. I have many numbers saved in the tmobile sim card. Is there a way to transfer the phonebook to my LG vx5500? Otherwise it would take hours to key in all numbers.
