回複：網絡電話：成功設置免費撥打1800等toll-free電話

My line 1 uses VD and line 2 uses sipgate. With sipgate 800 # is free. So in my case I uses line 2 to dial 800 numbers.

In spa1001 phone tab, "line2 select code" is #, so when I dial 800 numbers I dial "#1800xxxxxxx". Tested and my VD does have the record and sipgate has it.
