WINDOWS無法開機，出現藍屏，求救！

上次關機沒等機器完全TURN OFF，就把牆上的電源關了。第二天再開機，就出現屏幕：

We apologize for the inconvenince, but windows did not start successfully............

選了Start windows normally,然後就是 windownsXP 開始時的 icon，icon 過後就是藍屏如下：

隻能按開關鍵才能關機。 請問這是什麽問題？怎麽弄好啊？
