在ebay上買了一台手機,發現是二手的,她還不同意退款怎麽辦

我在ebay上買了一台手機賣家自稱是新的.但是經過判斷是二手的東西,我和她通過paypal談要求退款,她不同意.
各位大俠,到了這一步我要怎麽辦啊?
我不太懂英文,在ebay上是新手,沒這方麵的經驗
請各位高手大俠給予幫助

Im sorry, the Verizon phone is new..had it on and working for approx 4 days...im working on finding the papers that show the dates..I also listed a no refund link..How could we resolve this??

everything was set just how it was bought..originally for 169.99 ...im sorry i indicated a no refind on the ebay page...i dont want to have to deal with this either, im sorry..
