The goal is to use your GV # as the contact #, either for incoming calls and outgoing calls (shown as CID).

In your sipgate accout,
Settings » Phone » Set CallerID

set the GV # as the Outgoing Caller ID of your ATA

Assume your outgoing set up is
ATA->SS->GV->your destination # + call back of your SS #
This way you CID of your outgoing call will be your GV #.
