請教：在Ebay上買了一款手機，NEW MOTOROLA V3m VERIZON

檢查了包裝及配件無誤。按照說明書插上充電器給電池充電，但沒有任何反應。充了一個小時，信號燈也不亮。我的另一款老型號的Motorola手機插上充電器信號燈就亮，顯示正在充電。難道這一款有什麽特殊步驟要做，請有經驗的朋友指教。謝謝！

充電說明如下：
To charge using the charger:
1 Insert the charger into the USB connector on your phone as shown.
2 Plug the other end of the charger into the appropriate electrical
outlet.
The battery indicator N flashes while your phone is charging.
3 When your phone indicates Charge Complete and the battery indicator stops flashing, remove the charger.

Tip:
You can safely leave the charger connected to the phone after charging is
complete. This will not damage the battery.
When you charge the battery, the battery level indicator in the upper right corner of the display shows how much of the charging process is complete. At least one segment of the battery level indicator must be visible to ensure full phone functionality while charging.
