That's waht I've been saying, all are the same quality,

made in the same factory in China. Neither HP nor Dell no longer design or make computers, all done by companies in Taiwan and China. If you buy HP or Dell, you do get better service, i.e., in case something is broken, you have a phone # to call.

To me, I'd rather spend the least money to buy a laptop that suits my needs, other than pay for the service crap. It is much cheaper and better just buy another one in case things do break.
