During demonstrations the NVIDIA ION based HP Mini 311 has performed rather well, and now the HP Mini 311 is getting some hands-on we are being treated to some benchmarks which apparently are more than solid.

On the PCMark 05 test the HP Mini 311 scored 1917 which is roughly 500 points above the average netbook, whiles in 3DMark 06 the HP Mini 311 hit 1386, some 1200 points above average.

The benchmarks for the HP Mini 311 are impressive but not surprising as ION is basically a netbook orientated variant of the GeForce 9400M.
