簡單三步，讓變慢了的電腦再快起來！

Warning: before you delete anything, always make a back up first. If you find something no longer work, e.g., hotkeys, then find the entry and put it back. To back up a registry key, use export.

1 Do a virus/spyware scan and clean. You may use a free online scan like Housecall (Trendmicro).

2 Shut down, turn on, press F8 to boot into safe mode. Start, All Programs, StartUp, delete everything in there.

3 Start, Run, Regedit, delete everything under these two registry keys:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]

Then reboot and be amazed at how fast your computer is now.
