Thanks for answer, but it may not be true.

1st, it worked before I changed the pin setting to avoid pin input.
2nd, supposer a cell phone registered to GV, if you call GV# from cell phone, you always get the busy tone? according to your theory whatever phone# registered in GV will not be able to check GV voice mail.

cell phone -> GV -> cell phone

Actually I do have one voice mail in the VM box.
