Looks like rogue antivirus,e.g pc_antivirus2010.
It is pretty annoying and hard to kill, I spent serveral hours and scanned with Norton, Avria, AVG, Syyware doctor,
all of those can detect it and remove, nut not completely, finally mbs got rid of the nasty malware.
