To "fitwxc" 用Sipgate和GVout Dial-out的時候沒有get busy tone

而是直接撥響了我要撥的電話，好像沒有通過GoogleVoice.我是直接用PC上下載的Sipgate的softphone撥打的，沒有用任何的ATA device。我的GVout的setup如下：
Port: 5060

SIP Server: sipgate.com

Phone: my SipGate Phone Number

GV Username: My GV Username

GV Password: My GV Password

我試了，用sipgate直接接聽都沒有問題。肯定還有什麽地方我miss掉了？為什麽往外撥打時by-pass了GVout呢？多謝！
