I had tried either of the both, from Gizmo5 Windows base SW I have no problems calling out, it connected to GV first and heard a short beep confirming the successful handshaking to GV, then rang again to the destination number.

I am asking the problem on ATA, via which no call could be made. In fact the phone was not registered as illustrated.
