Do not use "Full Disk Backup", use "Re-author". In "DVD Compilation" section, select "Start frame", and "End frame" - the size (and time) will be reduce to the appropriate size that fits your disk (and movie contents). Also you should eliminate those trailers, and unwanted audio (such as some language that you do not want) portions. Most of DVD can be very easy copied. Good luck!
