按 Windows 鍵， 選運行（run), 打入命令 serivces.msc，彈出一個菜單，查看 print spooler 一行， 如果顯示不是 Started 和 Automatic， 選擇該行，按鼠標右鍵，選屬性，然後改成automatic, 按下Start button。
