怎樣解決Disk Defragmenter出錯問題

"Disk defragmenter has detected that Chkdsk is scheduled to run on the volumn: Disk D:
Please run Chkdsk /f."

當我運行Chkdsk /f時又出錯"Chkdsk can't run because the volume is in the use by another process."
