hot area from the laptop’s back side, where the red line covered is hot area.She said, 1) the battery is not in hot area. 2) She took off the battery and just use A/C, but itstill is hot. 3) She said if she put her finger on the hot area for about several minutes, she feels that the finger will be burnt.But she also said actually this problem has been for long time and now she just wants to get a cooling pad. I told her if we find the problem or some parts broken after Feb 16, we have to pay by our self , but she said there are a lot of her classmate have hot laptop and just buy a cooling pad, that’s it. I don’t know how I should do. If we sand it to Best Buy , maybe they can’t tell me what it the problem right away. I called Dell yesterday, they just said we can send to Best Buy and let them diagnosis. Then send to Dell. Thanks!
