Yes, you can!

You can partition the hard disk and install multiple OS on it. If currently you have only one partition, you can use Vista's feature to shrink the partition size to make room and create another partition to install another OS.

Please note that the Windows 7 has only about 6 months of valid time. You may want to test it and play with it, but never use it as your main system.
