在DELL 網站輸入條形碼, 基本確認聲卡是Realtor,
已經從MS下載並成功安裝.NET NETFRAME,

然後再安裝聲卡驅動, 但是提示"setup has detected that the versio of the installed on your system lower than what is necessary to apply this set up> at minium, you must have service pack 1 installed for WINDOWS XP"

用RUN-WINVER, 沒有查到SP 信息, 懷疑沒有.

在MS 下載SP1, 無法安裝, 提示,

如何用EVEREST查找型號信息呢? 沒有GOOGLE到EVEREST的相關信息,
