No way to do it.

it shows this hd is a dynamic drive, which in many cases suggested to convert to basic drive, if I do that Windows will warn me all the data will be lost, all so there is not such option/action as assian a letter, all got for that drive is property and convert to basic disks, of course on the healty drives, I can change letter.
