You really don't need to purchase that software. If you are using windows XP home edition, you will have to boot to the safe mode to reset the permissions\take ownership of those folders. I just replied your last post.
Anyway, Here should be the default folder for your outlook express. You just need to open your outlook express and point to the this folder.
Default folder for Outlook Express:
Outlook Express: C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{[identity ID]}\Microsoft\Outlook Express or
C:\Windows\Application Data\Outlook Express\{[identity ID]}
