Do you know how to do it?

Here is what I did and won't work:

1, Under my currentor admin account, I opened my computer, c drive - documents and settings -
2, right click on "compaq_owner" folder, choose"sharing and security"
3, there are 3 tabs: general, sharing, customize
4, I tried to share the folder, but it wonn't do it. The message says" access denied"

I am so stupid to set auto update from Microsoft.
