googleupdate.exe
googleupdate.exe is installed when you install any google applications, Chrome is one of them. Google says that this application checks and updates the version of installed google software. It's Verisigned. If the file size is correct (133,104 bytes), then it's safe. To install applications in your "home" directory is a safe choice. However, there's a scheduled task created to run googleupdate.exe "when idle". "when idle"? Mum, that's a little suspicious.
Anyway, googleupdate.exe is loaded when the user logs on. To disable it,
1)change registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Run\\Google Update.
2)delete the scheduled task: googleupdate
