高手幫看看電腦怎麽了??

一開機顯示以下問題:
Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt
\system32\hal.dll.
please re-install a copy of the above file.

關機前硬盤總是吱吱的轉響聲很大,時間很長,但一切都好,我怕轉時間長累壞了,就關了機,沒想再開機就出現了以下的情況.如何辦?謝謝.
