What's the problem of the Internet?

I cannot surf Internet as the light"Internet" in Modem doesnot work. The others"power,dsl,ethernet and activity" are normal.How can I fix it?
I log in by MSN ,it said something wrong wiht DNS and "daili fuwu qi". Thank you so much for teaching.

ps.it's better to explain in Chinese
