棉班長,無界瀏覽器not working @ my work

I downloaded it from the link and tried to launch the browser. The browser frame appeared but eventually timed out. It seemed to be trying to open 127.0.0.1:10000. I don't know why. Is it the default port it uses to go out? Anything else I may try? Thx!
