from friends, relatives, neighbour or schoolmate.

It seems that some files are corrupted.

1) BIOS setting problem
2) Memory problem
3) hard drive problem

If I were you, I will find other CD to try. Copies that download are not reliable. (Most of them contain virus and Trojan horse.)
