Actually there is no security tab in the disk property page, very strange, maybe I was logged on as admin?

The problem has been solved by Acronis! I could manage to backup the whole partition out by Acronis and could open all the files. This is better than I would have thought of.

Just to add some experience to others, I also tried Easy Recovery, and wasted a lot of time!! It copied all the files out, BUT only names and nothing in the content even though the file volumes are there. Strange, eh.
