what's low profile pci?

I am trying to get a Dell OptiplexTM 755. It has Drives - 1 internal 3.5", 1 external 3.5", 1 external 5.25" PCI Slots - 1 low-profile PCI, 1 low-profile PCIe x16 graphics.

So what's low profile PCI?
