What is wrong with your network?
1. is your network cable connected?
2. go to cmd prompt, type ipconfig, did it give you any useful information? What is that different from the computer that is working? check ip (should be different), then net mask etc.
3. Check the TCP/IP setting, make sure yours is similar to the computer that is working correctly.
