Anyone tried replcing x61 XGA LCD w/ x61 tablet SXGA+ LCD

I just bought an X61 laptop. and so sick of this low resolution of 1024x768. I know X61 tablet has SXGA+ LCD. Are those swappable? Has anyone done anything similar to this? I disparately need some help. Any tips are helpful and welcome. Thanks much.
