1）這個video太老了，還在用1.3.8，現在是1.5。
2）download那個debian pkg，然後install，it will take care of user and group settings
3）install VBOX addons，or share directories, screen resolution and cursor won't work,
4）There're still some bugs in shared directories. They're currently working on it.
