About Linksys wireless router problem

I bought a second hand linksys wireless router. Former user setted it up his ower two passwords for setting up and accessing wireless.I couldn't contact him to get the passwords. I can not enter // 192.168.1.1 to change password.
By the way, when i use wires to connect three computers, one of them always does not work.
Can you help me how to solve this problems?
