用CD啟動然後從新裝grub

每一次windows xp，都會把mbr改掉。你再裝grub時，別裝在mbr 上。可以裝partition boot 上。再use "dd" 把它寫到一個文件裏。這樣就可以用windows boot.ini來啟動了
還有一個辦法

在你看到grub時，選擇你的linux ,然後 按 “e" to edit it
to see if the boot configuration is right , such as the
root (hd0,2) etc...
