用"HOUSECALL"可以在網上免費掃病毒。到TRENDMICRO的網站去做。

再下載“AD-AWARE”掃一下“SPYWARE”。

From "Start", "Run", enter the word "msconfig". Go to the "Startup" tab and uncheck all the junk that you don't need. Restart.
