Install FTP server on your PC

keep your computer online until the downloading is done. Normally you can keep the same IP for a while, so tell them your IP. Ask them to use the FTP client tool, like Transport to download.

Or install a Web server on your computer, and put the file on the web folder, so it can be downloaded.
